Speciality Rice
Chhattisgarh is well known for it's rice varieties which are considered medicinal in Ayurveda and prescribed for various ailments like diabetes, blood pressure and weight loss. They are rich in antioxidants, polyphenols and three times as much zinc and iron as white rice.
Red Rice
Rich in fibre, vitamins minerals and antioxidants. Considered as medicinal in Ayurveda and prescribed for various ailments. Good for diabetes, blood pressure patients and weight loss.

Brown Rice
Richer in fiber, vitamins, minerals & antioxidants compared to white rice. Useful for daily consumption.

Desi Brown Rice
Made from select desi varieties, found in Dantewada which is good for diabetics, blood pressure patients & weight loss through regular intake. This is a low glycemic index variety.

Black Rice
An aromatic and medicinal rice which is rich in fibre & antioxidants. Very good for Kheer, Payasam & Pudding. It gives a beautiful purple colour to deserts.


Aromatic Rice
Traditional varieties of Chhattisgarh, famous for their aroma and taste. They are small to medium-grained rice. When cooked, the grains have a light and fluffy texture. Suitable for daily consumption, as well as for Biryani and Payasam.
Javaphul
Smooth texture and is easy digest. Suitable for daily consumption as well as for Biryani, Payasam.

Lokti Machi
A traditional variety on the verge of extinction. It is soft textured, easy to digest & useful for daily consumption. It is rich in Zinc, Iron, Magnesium & Manganese

Dubraj
Medium grain size and mild aroma. It is suitable for daily consumption.


Everyday Rice
Milled from popular desi varieties grown in the lowlands of Dantewada. It is preferred by those who require high energy from a meal. Suitable for regular rice, fried rice, Dosa and Idli.
Dosa Rice

Deobhog
It is suitable for daily consumption and is slightly sticky when cooked.

Babaibuta
Fine grain with a sweet mild aroma and a comforting taste. It can be consumed as regular rice, fired rice and Biryani rice.

HMT
Developed by an innovative farmer, HMT has very fine grains, a pleasing taste and is perfect for daily consumption.


Poha
Pounded from native varieties of our speciality and everyday rice, our Poha is medium in thickness and thin in width. It is processed naturally without using any bleaching agents.
Red Poha
Pounded from native Red rice varieties, Red Poha is medium in thickness and thin in width.

Brown Poha
Pounded from native Brown Rice varieties, Brown Poha is medium in thickness and thin in width.

White Poha
Pounded from native varieties, White Poha is medium in thickness and thin in width.


Millets
Rich in nutrients compared to rice and wheat, having more fibre, minerals, antioxidants and vitamins. Being gluten free and having low glycemic index makes it diabetic friendly. Suitable for Upma, Idli, Dosa, Payasam, Khichdi etc.
Little Millet
It is believed that this variety also called as "Oas Kosra" grows solely on the morning dew. Rich in minerals, antioxidants, iron, folic acid & Vitamin B-4

Kodo
Known to have 5 times the Fiber, 4 times the Minerals, 22% more protein than white rice. It is rich in antioxidants (Poly Phenols), Gluten Free, low glycemic Index. Suitable for Upma, Idli, Dosa, Payasam, Khichadi etc.

Raagi (Finger Millet)
A traditional Millet grown by the tribal farmers of Dantewada in the upland rainfed areas. It is rich in minerals, antioxidants, iron, folic acid & vitamin B-4.


Pulses
Grown by the farmers in paddy fields during summers as a part of crop rotation for fixing nitrogen in the soil. Hand cleaned & processed using traditional grind stones.

Tumeric Powder
Grown organically in homestead garden, amid rich diversity. Processed with care to retain medicinal value and aroma.
